African Growth Group Inc is a Canadian registered company with the sole purpose of development in Africa. Their development projects include a state of the art high-rise office/hotel twin tower, low/mid income housing and a microfinance company. They are seeking investors for all three projects with equity/debt, loan or a combination of these. Their projects have a full business plan, land, licenses and authorizations have all been obtained. They have not entered into any agreements for EPCM or the building technology to be used in the projects. They are seeking companies for these jobs and would be open for a Joint Venture Partnership arrangement.
