Kirk Capital is a Switzerland and Denmark based single family office owned by the Kirk Johansen family. The group was established in 2007 by Gunhid Kirk Johansen and her three sons Casper, Morten and Anders. Mr. Johansen created his wealth as the former president and CEO of The Lego Group and has an estimates net worth of a net worth of $10 billion as of early 2016. Kirk is an active investor in both the traditional and alternative investment space, investing mainly in quoted equities and private equity, real estate, vessels, aircraft, direct investments into private companies and other alternative asset classes and fund structures. All capital is family money and they do not take outside investors or co-invest with other families. The Switzerland office is run by Philipp Roeh who makes investment decisions and handles research on new opportunities.
