He represents domestic and non-US public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions in the technology, Internet, digital media and marketing, artificial intelligence, financial technology, e-commerce and hardware and software industries, as well as in the consumer products, FMCG, beverage, apparel, telecommunications, and asset management sectors.
