New Louisiana Angel Funds 1, 2 and 3 are North Louisiana’s first angel investment funds. The funds’ objective is to provide capital to entrepreneurs and investment opportunities to accredited investors wanting to promote high-growth startup opportunities headquartered in the region. NLAF 1 was created with $2.6 million raised to provide funding to entrepreneurs, and NLAF 2 was unique in having six North Louisiana universities participate in the fund and the due-diligence process.
