Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC is a fund of private equity funds created to promote sustainable development of the national economy. Their activities are dedicated to developing the private equity infrastructure in Kazakhstan and attracting foreign direct investments in priority sectors of the national economy. In partnership with international institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and international financial institutions, QIC invests in private equity funds under the management of prominent General Partners (GPs). Currently, QIC is a member of 17 private equity funds with a total capitalization of $2.5 billion and manages a portfolio of over 100 projects in various economic sectors.
