SIMCo has defined the private infrastructure debt asset class, investing through multiple credit cycles. We are specialist investors, managing diversified, global portfolios of infrastructure loans. Our multinational team focuses on providing investors with access to attractive risk-adjusted returns, outperforming the relevant benchmarks. We are responsible for the management of the Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund ("SEQI"), which launched in March 2015 and is now the largest debt fund listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker: SEQI) and part of the FTSE 250. SEQI invests in income-generating economic infrastructure debt, creating attractive risk adjusted returns for shareholders from a diverse portfolio of private debt and bond investments, across mature jurisdictions. Our Sequoia Infrastructure Debt Fund ("SIDF") launched in June 2017 as a closed-ended investment grade / cross-over fund investing primarily in senior infrastructure debt in the European markets. In 2026, we formed a multi-year, multi-billion dollar strategic partnership with PIMCO, originating senior investment grade infrastructure debt opportunities. We also signed a partnership agreement with Investec to support financing mandates across the UK and European energy and infrastructure sectors. We also offer Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs).
